Daycare unprofessional

My Daughter was recently enrolled for summer camp at Top Kids Academy this summer and would come home complaining that the place was full with to many kids in one hot room. At times when I would go to pick her up there was no one in the front desk, the staff seemed clueless about what goes on in the school. I wouldn't reccomend the school to a Mother who loves their children.

Never Had a Problem!!!!

My daughter has been going to Top Kids Academy since she was 2 years old and she is now enrolling in VPK. I have never had a problem with the teachers, they are all very loving and giving to my child. I am always greated with a smile in the morning from every staff member. The Assistant Director is one of the nicest most understanding people that I have ever met! They have a very educational curriculum, my daughter is only four and hse knows over 15 sight words and can write her alphabet very clear and concisely. The owner/director I do not agree with but she does have a very nice facility. As far as organizational skills come, the school never seems unorganized. You also have to understand that this is a pre-school not a top of the line highest ranked private school, thigs happen and they deal with those situations very well. As far as staff goes, there is always an advanced notice to the children and the parents and most move on to become a higher ranked position in another facility. All in all Top Kids Academy is a good place for your children to grow and learn!

Top Kids Academy- Not my child

This is a joke of a preschool! The owner is nothing short of one of the rudest persons that I have ever met. The staff is constantly unorganized and seems that they make promises that they cant keep. Security for your child is in question. The rear doors to the facility are often left open and anyone from the street can come in. Even worse your child could exit though the open door and be wonder into traffic of Dean rd and Colonial drive.

There is also a high turn over of staff. I have seen construction projects completed with no permits being pulled from the county.

• Cons: owner, rude, mean, unorganized staff
