Tips for Beverly Hills Jewelers

Horrible Customer Service.
The worst experience of my life. The staff is rude. The owner of the company is just as rude, so go figure his employees are just as nasty. My finance purchased a Jeff Cooper engagement ring from Beverly Hills Jewelers. It ended up being that my ring was a size 7 when my ring finger is about a 4.5, I didn’t want to cut my ring in order to get it resized.
Here is my theory behind that. Ones wedding ring and band are both circles to signify the never ending love between two people, so to me if I get it cut and resize I’m potential cutting a chunk of our love out.
So I don’t want to cut my ring, yet everyone at Beverly Hills Jewelers wants me to cut my ring. You should be forced to do something you don’t want to and you shouldn’t have to deal with everyone nasty comments or attitude because you don’t agree with them.
Call me crazy but most women that I meet that haven’t had there ring resize are still married to this day. My aunt from London has been married over 80 years and her ring is about a size 8 and her ring finger is a size 4. She has never resized her ring to this day.
Lastly this should be a special moment in my life but Beverly Hills Jewelers did a great job ruining it for me. My finance is upset because of all the crap I’ve been through and I feel really bad he has to feel that way, when he did nothing wrong.
