Outstanding Customer Service!. I called late on a Friday afternoon needing pain medication to be delivered ASAP to one of my terminally ill patients. It was near closing time. They could not get payment authorization from the insurance company. Getting the desperately needed medication to my patient was their primary concern and it was delivered to her even though there was no guarantee that they would get paid. Special thanks to Mary for going above and beyond for a patient in need!
