Power Yoga? Whats that? Not to worry! It sounds like something scary.. but at College Park Yoga we make it light and fun- because of that you leave feeling happy! Beryl Bender Birch enjoys coming to our studio not just because she likes us.. but because our students are so fun to teach Yoga! Yeah, the teacher at College Park Yoga instructs the class, It's the students that make the Yoga class. So- we were voted numero uno in 2004, 2006, & 2007.. its not just us(Theresa and Calvin) that made that happen... it's the people who come here to learn Yoga! So - come to the lil' place AKA CPY…

was in town just for a few days..googled the "best yoga studio in Orlando" and then went to the next class...it was a group effort with the instructors...all were very professional and super enthusiast and willing to help in every way. Had a great full body workout and felt like a million bucks when I left. Price is competitive, environment was clean and pleasant to be in, everybody (instructors & students) seemed really happy to be there. I would definably make it my "home" yoga studio if I live anywhere within the area. If you haven't been yet..make it your business to get there and get some good stuff going on in your body. Have a Merry Christmas.

Calvin and Theresa are the best yoga instructors in Orlando for sure! The studio is great - warm, rich wood floor, candles burning, buddhas and singing bowls all along with the best instructors - great music and great energy. The are always helping you improve your practice and are very dedicated and very passionate about what they do! i have recommended many people to go here and will continue too. What are you waiting for - just go you wont be disappointed.

you must check this place out if you havent had the chance yet! it has been the best yoga experience ever, and i never thought i would be a yoga goer. and be ready to work!! they will bake it def worth your while workout wise but also mentally you get a refreshment and feel so great after the session is done!
