GREAT Place to go eat!!!. We had a birthday party at Seito celebration.

We had so much fun out there, service was great n servers were so friendly.

it was great choice!!!!

Bad Customer Service - Discrimination Against Allergies. I have eaten at the Seito in Celebration several times. The food is delicious, but the owner of the restaurant is an unaccommodating a**. I have a gluten intolerance, and I ordered one of the pricier bento boxes (chef's choice sashimi) from their lunch specials menu. Normally, I would order something from the dinner menu or mix and match some appetizers because the lunch menu did not contain anything that was 100% safe for me, and I don't like to make a big stink about substitutions in restaurants over that when I am out with my friends. They recently changed their menu to only include lunch items, so I went ahead and picked something from the lunch item, intending to ask for a very simple substitution. The menu said subsitutions may come at an extra charge, which I considered paying, depending on how much it might be. I cannot eat the dumplings because they are breaded or the California roll because the artificial crab contains gluten, so I asked if they could just give me a cucumber roll instead - a cheaper item I might add. The server went to go ask, and when she came back, she said the owner would not make that simple (and cheaper) substitution for me. She told me that he said I could only have additional salad, steamed rice, or soup. I took the additional salad because I didn't have a choice in the matter, but I would hardly call that a fair substitution.

If you have an allergy and want a fair food substitution, do not expect to be treated fairly at this restaurant. This is discrimination, and it's bad business. I will not be eating at Seito ever again.
