Orlando >Two Men And A Truck
Avoid Two Men and a Truck. Hands down Two Men and a Truck in Orlando was one of the worst moving experiences that I have ever had. Not only were they close to two hours late from their "window" but also I was not notified of extra charges when I first discussed using them over the phone. I made it a point to ask and was assured at that time, there would be no additional charges. When I tried to contact one of the owners Tony, he was very short with me unfriendly and rude. He told me I received things through email in advance but when I confirmed this was not true and pointed out that they took my email down wrong, he still would not admit the mistake. I contacted customer no service at their corporate office to find out that they have no control over their franchisees? You have to be kidding me? What franchisee honestly has more say over the business than the actual corporation. You think this would be happening at McDonald's, 7-11 or another franchised company. From top to bottom this is a very shady company and the next time you are looking for a mover, do not even think about giving Two Men and a Truck your business, especially in Orlando.
