Amazing hair at a great price!. I just wanted to rave about my hair - which I just had done at Lilly's Salon on East Colonial. My stylist Migdalia moved from Regis to Lilly's and I'm soooo happy because now I can actually afford to get my hair done more often. She is the best stylist I've ever had (I was referred to her by a friend, and everyone I know that has ever gone to her has LOVED her!!!) ...And now her prices are just as amazing!!!!! I had a cut and color --- both were exactly what I was looking for and even better than I described. While my color was processing I decided to get my daughters (9) hair cut there since now I could actually afford it....and she did a GREAT job with her too!

As I was getting my hair done the other patrons were getting their hair done by Lilly and a gentleman (whose name I didn't catch)... but they did a great job too.

The salon/building itself definitely looks lower-budget (which I'm sure is what keeps the prices low)...but the work they do is top notch and the service is first class.
