If you need jewelry that is not typical like Kay or Zales, this is the place to be. You will find items like what you see in the Islands. My husband and I travel to the Islands a lot and came across this store about a year ago and have never looked back. The staff is wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. I think it's a family owned business because I usually see the same type of smiling faces each time I go. They do have a lot of jewelry to look at but nothing to worry because these guys are the real deal.

Wanted to buy strictly Pandora beads and when I walked into Gold King, they immediately told me that they carry a competitive brand called Chamilia. Since I was curious, I saw the line and then asked about a Pandora dealer and they immediately pointed me in the right direction. It may not be a big deal to some people, but being in retail, helping others even though they are competition is commendable. I ended up coming back to Gold King to purchase their beads also and since then been buying other jewelry. Honest family and very easy to deal with.

Just moved to Florida from London. Being new to the area, I checked out some local jewelry reviews and decided to visit Gold King. Well, I needed some repairs done and ended up buying a 1.15carat diamond solitaire for my wife. So needless to say it was an expensive repair :) But well worth the deal these guys offered. Thanks mate. And it was supposed to be mounted in a 18k setting and it was done within 48 hours. My wife had a very happy new year. So since I came to these guys after reading their great reviews, why not return the favor and give them a great review myself. Cheers guys and keep up the great work. Drew Schmidt

I have been purchasing gold and Silver jewelry from this family for over 20 years and have always been happy with their knowledge, and customer service. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchases anything, especially for this holiday season. I have always received professional customer service at Gold King. These guys know how to treat their customers well and have always been on top of their game. I used to go to other jewelry stores before becoming a fan of Gold King and their merchandise. They carry exclusive pieces that you don't find in other stores and the prices are unbeatable. I usually don't write reviews but I feel they deserve credit and recognition for what they have done within the community to help their customers. My mom is also a loyal customer of Gold King and will not go anywhere else. I will be shopping for my wedding rings in the near future at Gold King for sure.

Thank you Adam for a wonderful experience. I had purchased a .75ct diamond engagement ring for my fiance and had it sized. But I changed my mind and came in the next day to exchange it. Even though it was sized, he was more than happy to exchange it for a different one. Because of this customer service, I ended up buying a 1.30carat diamond engagement ring and did a major upgrade. Sometimes when you are good to your customers, your customers respond. Adam, you were wonderful and she absolutely loves it. Thanks for calling us on the day to congratulate us and making our day special. I will definitely be back for all my jewelry shopping to Gold King. Thanks for the complimentary rose :)

These guys deserve nothing but appreciation for what they do. They have always helped me out with fast service and are very affordable. I live in Orlando but make trips to Sanford because I don't trust anyone else with my expensive jewelry. I even sold my old broken gold to them and they gave me the highest price compared to other scammers who tried to rip me off. I love these guys!!!

Top notch jewelry store in Central Florida. I have been dealing with Gold King Jewelers since 2005 and just wanted to drop by and comment on their service and quality. My wife and I must have invested approximately $150,000 in jewelry from Gold King and not once have we ever faced a situation where we needed to complain about anything. It's a family owned business and they treat everyone with immense respect. The quality of their products is excellent and I did face a problem with a necklace and they immediately replaced the necklace with a brand new one within 24 hours. Bottom line is that they stand behind their quality and service. It's not a typical chain store like Kay or Zales where you will find a different sales person every time and no one wants to treat you right until you spend thousands of dollars with them.

Recently I came to know that they also buy gold. So I ended up taking a lot of my jewelry to them for evaluation and came to realize that they did end up giving me the best price in town. One of the main reasons for stating that is because of a recent comment made by "bebebunny" below and trust me, that is far from the truth. Gold King will NEVER scam anyone. They weigh the gold in front of you, they test the gold in front of you, and they even educate you before buying it from you. Not a lot of places do that. Trust me, they will treat you with honestly and utmost respect.

Talk about customer service, I even get all my jewelry repairs and watch batteries done with them. Sometimes they even get things done for me within an hour while I am shopping in the mall. It's been a while since I have compared their service to anyone else but I highly DOUBT there is another business out there with this level of service.

If there is one jewelry store you can trust, its Gold King Jewelers. Go visit the pleasant young couple who are usually always working and they will take great care of you.

SCAMMERS!. BEWARE OF THIS STORE THEY SCAMMED ME!!!! My engagement ring was purchased here back in 2007, and we were pleased with the service we received so last year I decided to go back to them to make a purchase and to sell them some old gold jewelry I had. I thought one of my pieces was 18k and I told the man behind the counter that, and he told me it was 10k. My instinct told me he was lying, but I ignored it and accepted the small amount he offered me for it. Come to find out 750 (the stamp on my jewelry) means 18k and he knew this and ripped me off on purpose!!!!!!!! Due to the weight of the gold, I estimate that he stole around $800 in profit from me by being dishonest. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SHADY AND WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!
