Excellent Sushi : Friendly Staff. I love Hana Sushi! They have they best Sushi. I know that they recently changed owners, and what the new owners are doing is excellent. They have what is called a Moon Roll. (My favorite) It is made with rice paper opposed to rice. It is so light and refreshing! I also of course recommend their Crunchy Shirimp Temura Roll, their Lobster Roll, and their Casey Roll. All very good. Their appetizers are great as well. I LOVE their ginger dressing! I highly recommend it. Also, it's very clean, which I sometimes find rare with Sushi restaurants.

Wonderful sushi. My boyfriend and I love this place. It's cozy, hardly ever crowded and has excellent food and service. The place never disappoints.

Great local sushi. It's nice to enjoy a restaurant where you are remembered when you return. The owner makes you feel comfortable and helps you to understand some of the "mystery" of sushi when you ask her. The prices are within reach and make a "sushi habit" a bit more affordable. The food quality is EXCELLENT. I am a tuna lover and their tuna is the best. Mexican roll's are my other favorite. The atmosphere is not conducive to lots of talking but you will be too busy eating the delicious food.
