5 STARS!. The Philly Chease Steak was awsome! The bread was fresh and so were all the ingredients! Everyone there was very friendly. How do the get the cheese to melt so perfect to the steak?

Disappointed. I really wanted this place to be good. Nothing better than an excellent sub. I actually threw it out. The ham or something tasted bad, like it was old. A bandaid smell...Wish Clermont had some great subs. This definitely was not it.

Niccoli's Rocks. The quality and fresh taste of Niccolis Subs keeps our business since we moved here two years ago! The Chicken Philly subs are the greatest and since we are now low carb we even get them with no bun! We have eaten subs all over the place…

Excellent Subs. This is by far the best place to get a sub from. The food is always the best and the staff are very friendly. They have all the local flare and variety of choices is endless. Niccolis is worth every dime for their steak & cheese…
