Awesome. Kenny is great. I took my girlfriend in for a cut and color and ended up getting the whole family done over the course of the weekend! His color jobs turn out well - really match the eye and skin tones well. He is fast and explains how you can better take care of your hair. The price is well worth it - I would WITHOUT A DOUBT recommend Kenny to anyone!

Disappointed. I went to this salon because it was conveniently located downtown and I needed my eyebrows done during my lunch hour. My girlfriend and I both had our eyebrows done this day by the owner himself. The following day, I woke up to scabs on my eyebrows from being burned by the wax. I frequently get my eyebrows done and have never had a reaction like this before. When I called the salon to complain, the owner acted unprofessionally and insisted on arguing with me on the phone. I only wanted to 1) receive a refund of the botched wax OR 2) to have another wax at a later date on the house from another professional. The owner instead tried to give me a $20 credit towards a haircut because he said that he was "really good at those". There is no way that I would let this person perform another service on me. If there are no employees that can perform an eyebrow wax, then the service should not be offered.

Deceitful Salon. I called this salon for a simple blow-out. I asked if they had specific conditioning and styling products and was told they did. The owner went on to say he had those and other top of the line conditioning treatments, not to worry, and to come on in. Long story short, after convincing me to proceed, they did not use any of the products on my hair. In fact, they used products that would do the opposite of the look I desired. In the end, when I asked the owner why nothing was used, he told me they did NOT have any of those products. He tried to go around it by saying that they DID ONCE but no longer and tried to convince me that my wording of the question over the phone specified no timeline if had the products in the present or past. He then went on to charge me more than the stylist told me it would cost and walked away as the stylist was left to deal with my questions over the discrepancy.

Do yourself a favor and give your money to an honest salon, not to one who lies to lure you to their salon and cheats you while you are there.

As far as the blow-out is concerned, I still can't figure out how you can hear what your client desires and manage to produce the exact opposite. The stylist was sweet but seemed to still be in hair styling school. I was at a loss when I got home as to how to fix it.

Horrible! Absolutely Horrible. I visited this salon on the advice of a co-worker. The staff was instantly unprofessional. I wanted a simple styling before the holidays instead I heard constant profanity and conversations involving partying. Even when I mentioned to my stylist, who was as embarassed as I was, that I wanted to speak with management. The manager never addressed the situation. I would not recommend this salon for anyone for any reason. There are too many salons out there to waste your time here.

Very Modern!. I started going to this salon when it first opened and have been hooked ever since! I live right next to it so the coveniance factor is great plus I love that they do photo shoots! They also showed me that they are in a major salon magazine article. Everyone there seems to really know what they're doing :)

Trendy and hip!!!. I love this place! So friendly and the atmosphere is so mod!! I just started going here and it has a great feel... It's so close to my work and I LOVE that they validate to parking! When I go there I feel so glamorous because they take before and after pictures!! I'm now a very loyal customer!!!
