I bought a watch for my husband for his birthday last Saturday from this shop. I also bought one for myself. In interacting with the owner of the shop I shared that the watch was a gift for my husband. The owner sold me both watches. When I got home and presented the watch to my husband, he didn't like it. It wasn't his style. I called the shop the same day I purchased the watch letting them know I would like to return my husband's gift but was keeping the watch I bought for myself. The store informed me that I would not be able to return the watch as "all sales are final" and "it says it right on the receipt". By the time you have a receipt it's too late. The owner knew I was purchasing this as a gift and NOT ONCE did he tell me that I would not be able to return it if my husband didn't like it. I would not suggest this store to ANYONE as I feel I was mislead and wasted $200.00 that I will never get back. I loved the clocks in this shop and definitely would have been back if the owner had been fair. Now I will never shop at this store again and will tell everyone I know of their unfair policies.
