the worst living experience ive ever had!!!. My boyfriend and I moved in due to financial problems and from the day I walked into that office I had a really bad experience. I live there now and I go in the office maybe once or twice a week and everytime I get nasty attitudes from ALL the staff. Especially the main girl(the big fat one) she lives in the apartments with her husband who is one of the maintanence men their and they pretty run the place....not very well though. The apartment itself was absloutely disgusting the day I moved in, I never recieved a checklist, my lease is almost up and everything that was broken when I moved in is still broken....the maintanence men have absoklutely noooo idea what they are doing!!! The communitty has to be the worst though.....this complex houses the absolute sum of sanford....nasty, nasty people. very rude, very loud, and they will try and break in to your car, apartment, and even try and rob you....i m scared to even walk my trash to the dumpster alone. Oh, and the "fitness room" is the size of a small clost with THREE machines....and TWO are broken. hahah this placeis just aweful!!!!! I CANNNOOOOT wait to get out of my lease!!! I will be wlaking away and never looking back. cheapo or not this place is a horrible!!! place to live.

absolute slumlords. This place is aweful. My mother-in-law lived there for tone year due to financial troubles. She needed to move to a two bedroom recently. When she moved in they had 3 months notice. One day before she was to move she was told they didn't have time to clean it so she had to wait a week. HUGE INCONVENIENCE! This place uses gas for dryer and cooking. Then when she did move in the place was disgusting. The stove was filthy, one of the cabinet doors was ripped off its hinge, one of the toilets didn't flush, and when we called they never returned our call. We moved her in on a Sunday and went to the office at 10:30 am to speak to the manager (hours posted are from 10am) no one there until noon. My brother-in-law said that is pretty normal. We finally spoke to one of the front office people a few days later (we had to go to them) and got enourmous attitude we were told that she was being "impatient". Three months notice and she is being "impatient". So we were brushed off to the "assistant manager" because the first girl said she "couldn't take this anymore." Guess what? MORE ATTITUDE!!! As soon as she can afford it she is out of this place and I recommend you stay away too!!

Among the things listed, they keep the lights in the parking lot very low and this promotes crime. Just last night I saw two kids stealing gas from peoples cars. There is always trash haning out of the dumpsters and shady characters hanging on the stairwells at all hours of the night. Look ELSEWHERE!!!!

wyndham place aprtments. it has very attentive staff and maitenance, i moved in november and they had ALL little things i asked for.. done within the 1st week. Quiet and oriented community,, well rounded AND CLOSE TO ALL essentials
