My family and I came in to look at their used vehicles. Michelle was our sales woman and she helped us find all of the VW's in our price range and a few other higher end cars as well. After a few test drives and even the opportunity to look the models up on their computers to gain some insight on how good the model actually was we went with a '06 VW Passat.

We had financing all secure and Michelle had us sitting in our new car and on our way home in an hour. They also gave us top dollar for our twelve year old Ford truck trade.

Update 1 month later: I received the vehicle/sales person survey and filled it out in all honesty. Apparently that's not what VW, the dealer or our sales woman Michelle wanted. She sent me a huge email basically asking why I didn't give her a perfect 100 score cause she received a 98%.

Well, with that aside, the VW kept falling apart as the month went by. We traded it in for another vehicle at another dealer. Be wary when purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer.
