Well....won't go back

I went to Salon in May and had a great experience with Kristen. Called in July to go back and get a cut and hightlight touch up. I was told Kristen moved to MN so they put me with Josh. Arrived to meet Josh, thin, a heavily tattooed young man with fuschia hair. Don't judge a book by its cover I say so I went ahead and told Josh what I wanted, a trim and blend the layers as I am growing out the layers and a touchup on my highlight. He did the highlight then had to put toner on it which I have never had to have so I assume he overor underprocessed it and he cut more hair than a trim. When he showed it to me it seemed shorter than I asked and the color wasn't as light as I like but it seemed okay however, two weeks later my hair color looks like $h!t, brassy and dark. Cut is all over the place, not even close to the style I went in with, very unmanageable. I could have gotten this look if I did it myself. I won't be back. Management should not assign new stylist with inferior skills when someone calls in.

the place is in a good location, it looks nice, but I would never go again. If I did, I wouldn't let Amanda any where near me.

Great Salon! Excellent Service and Results Everytime!

A co-worker recommended this place to me and I was pleasantly surprised with the service that I received. My stylist Gary is excellent in stying hair. I have been going to this place for a few months and I have always walked out with a great hair style. Kristie is also a great stylist also. I highly recommend this place. It is a full service salon with a variety of professional quality hair, and skin products. Someone is always happy to assist you in whatever your hair or skin needs are. The salon also smells very nice once you walk in. This is probably the best salon in Orlando. Try them and you won't be disappointed.
