JCPenney. I have been pleasantly surprised by the stylists at this salon. I esp. like the woman who does my eyebrows. The price is reasonable and it's easy to get an appointment.

Company that is worth the try.. I like Jc Penny company first because they are nationally known. I appreciate the fact they will also give you advice on what they believe, cut will compliment your face. Suggestive selling is the best service you could supply consumers.

Love this store but ... I love JCPenney's. They have some great deals going on all the time. Whether it is BYGOF or buy one get one for a penny. But this store seems so crowded. Too much stuff for the store to hold. And the elevator smells horrible each and…
