A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!! STAY AWAY! FAR FAR AWAY!‎. ***WARNING THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS ALSO KNOWN AS ~PIZZA BELLA~(407-507-5818)*** DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, I AM ONLY LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH WHAT ME AND MY FRIENDS WENT THROUGH***

They do not deserve a rating! They are below poor! These people are a bunch of unprofessional rude morons! We placed a simple order and were told it would be a 45 minute wait...waited for AN HOUR AND A HALF! Called to see what was going on with our order and some rude worker tells me "we're only 7 minutes away, the delivery person is leaving now" which was total BS since we still did not receive our order, called once more and I was told to "f" off. I tried talking to the owner who was just as rude if not more rude than the other people working there-he assured me we would get a discount and the food was on the way...Now this is where they got out of hand and my story gets better...The food gets here everything was cold, food was missing, drinks were BOILING hot and I checked my account and my discount was never applied. Me and my husband desided we would take a drive to the place to speak with someone and see if it was more helpful -NOT!- Once we get there and started to talk the owner gets defensive doesn't let us explain and even comes from behind the counter trying to act like he was going to hit my friend...refused to re-make our food and this is when we called the police who said that they have had so many citations and complaints that they don't know how this place is still open. I haven't even had the chance to tell you how disgusting their place of business was...It was worse than the service 3 people working there who wouldnt give you names or answer any questions...FROZEN pizza boxes everywhere, no gloves or any kind of hygene being used to make your food. The smell that came off of those nasty workers was even worse than the smell from the unclean kitchen. Any way don't waste your time or money on these people...Thanks to the police officers we were able to get our money back but besides that it was a total waste of 4 hours! YUCK!

ODER FROM DOMINOS! IT'S BETTER TO SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY THAN TO GO THROUGH THIS ORDEAL!

Great customer service. Pizza extreme is a great place to go for lunch. Excellent tasting pizza without the wait. If you go there more then twice it is likely on of the owners, who seems to have an incredible memory, will match your face to your regular order. Everyone seem to the love Pizza Extreme and it is always filled with anyone from Postal Delivery workers to Lockheed Executives.
