Very reliable and trustworthy!!. I have been doing business with Pool Shack for ten years now. They are one of the best in the business, I walk in and feel comfortable and welcomed. The prices are fairly priced and the service is top of the line. They never try to sell you more than you need and are always helpful. 5 stars to costumer service!

Buyer Be Ware....Very Aware!!!!!!. Recently I had a problem with my pool pump. I called, and they sent someone out to access my problem. Shortly there after, I received a phone call saying that the cost to fix my problem was 700.00. I agreed to the fix and the next day they came out. After the work was completed I received a invoice for almost $1300.00. This was not what I agreed to. I am very unsatisfied with this company and will forward this to the BBB

Best Pool Guys Around!. Pool Shack is the best in the business. Mike remembers every customer and every pool and is always trying to save his customers money if he can. Always helpful with exactly what your pool needs and nothing more. Their prices are typically the cheapest on supplies and their service is simply the best. Forget the chain stores and deal with a local business doing things the right way!
