I had a Turkish bath several years ago in Turkey and it amazing. I had to try the new Turkish Bath that opened at Shala Salon. I saw it on Fox news and it looked very promising. I had it done yesterday and I must say was just as amazing if not more. The lights music massage exfoliation all came together to create a great experience. Give it a try you will love it.

I had the misfortune of getting the glue in hair extensions at a different salon in winter park that ruined my hair. I was in tears until I met Nima, he is very talented with his special hair extensions. I have had them in for a few months now and just did a follow up maintenance and must say extremely happy no damage at all! I would say best hair extension place in Orlando!

I and my fiance went to their Turkish Bath for our anniversary and I must say it was the best experience ever! The room itself is so gorgeous with the surround sound music and the atmosphere was so unreal! We were so relaxed and hydrated that just went home and passed out!:) Give them a try you will love it!!!

I visited their new location and I must say I was blown away. I had been to their previous location which was a small salon and spa but now they have added a Turkish bath which is amazing and the whole place looks 5 starts. They have a couple's massage room which is great. I love Shala and believe her to be a true hair color artist!

Shala, worst colorist!. If you love your hair, don’t even think of going to Shala, the owner of the salon for a color treatment.

I had to pay Shala $160 for a horrible ash dull coloring while she promised me a warm blond color.

I confronted her with the poor results. She showed no professional attitude at all. She was only willing to help me if I would pay her again. No pride in her work, in the contrary! She is rude, arrogant and not willing to correct her mistakes.  If you love your hair, run away from this salon!

SHALA IS A TRUE MASTER COLORIST!!!!!. Shala at Shala Salon & Day Spa is, without a doubt, the best stylist I have ever used. I have lived all over the United States and she is the only one who not only does superior work, but truly cares about making the client happy. Shala did my hair for my wedding. My hair is fine, dry, thin and at the time was totally sun-bleached as well. Shala worked her magic and transformed my hair from a haystack to rich honey. My updo and color were a huge hit on my wedding day.

Shala also does my hair on a regular basis, and frankly she is the only one I will allow to color my hair. She has a special touch, especially with blending highlights and lowlights. Shala is a master colorist, a true master colorist. There are scores of stylists who make that claim but do not have the credentials to back it up. Shala does and then some.

Shala is not only a superior stylist, she is a true professional. She operates her salon and spa with grace and aplomb. It does not matter if you are a celebrity, a supermom, or someone who just needs a quick trim, Shala treats all the patrons of her establishment with the same elegant courtesy.

I go to Shala Salon & Day Spa for my hair, nails, facials-everything. There is simply no other establishment that delivers the kind of excellence Shala Salon & Day Spa does.

Hakim is AMAZING!!!. Shala Salon&Spa is one of the best salons in Orlando. Hakim is the only person who I will have cut and highlight my hair. His style is always current and up to date. He makes me look like a million bucks. The products he recommends are of the highest quality and add that final touch to my own styling at home. I would recommend Hakim to any one who wants a great professional look!

I received so many compliments for my hair. My hair is so beautiful and I would like to thank you for your efforts to make me look the best.

FANTASTIC SALON. Shala's Salon and Day Spa is the highlight of the week for my family. I have been going here for approx. 10 years. The staff is wonderful. Each and every staff members attention to details with appointments, hair, eye lash extensions, nails, facials, and massages are amazing. Each person doesn't quit until it is right by your standards. I went here every week during my fight with cancer and every time I was recharged by the amazing staff, patrons, and environment. In fact I attribute my victory against cancer because of the support I got from her team, my family, and doctors. Me and my daughters look forward to friends and family coming into town so we can pamper them with love from Shala's team. Professionalism and cleanliness are definitely a priority in her salon. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. There is a self confidence that you gain when you walk out of a salon after getting your hair done knowing that you look even better than when you walked in. No matter the process my family gets done. We walk out feeling that confidence. I am shocked by the negative comments from other people. I am sorry you didn't have a great experience during your visit at Shala's. I am confident however if you were to call, go back and speak with Shala , she would make it right. As I have been going there for 10 years they have always made any possible corrections to any body's misfortune. Regardless if the misfortune was at her salon or another. As a small business owner myself this is not an easy task. It is hard to please everyone 100% of the time. Many times I have found negative comments to come from competitor. Shala is a classy lady and wouldn't think about stooping to that level. Furthermore Shala is a wonderful advocate in community. On more that one occasion I have seen her come to the aid of someone in need and not expect anything in return. I can't say enough great things about this salon and the staff but go and see for yourself.

My Stylist left and never came back.. I was getting a Haircut and i notice that a person walk in and ask for State Hair or cosmetology license, the hair stylist that was doing my hair left and never show up after that.

I was help by other stylist, it was a very uncomfortable situation, for me and the stylist.

The stylist barely spoke English and it was very difficult to communicate.
