Cindee Grigson was found on facebook. The one I consistently went back for was Cindee's skin care and sugar'd hair removal. She was excellent, her quick exit from Shala's was disappointing. I found her again, she's at Bella Vita Med Spa and it was great to have her services again. I got her gentle sugaring and a fabulous facial she recommended. Thanks Cindee, the photo shoot weeks after your awesome facial was great!

Haircuts at Shala's were fabulous also.

Best waxing. I have never done anything here besides go see Cindee. She is the best waxer ever. She had done my brazilians for years. I will only see her. She does sugar wax as well that works amazing on those people with sensitive skin! I have definitely had my share of bad waxing experiences but not with Cindee. She has also done a spray tan on me that was amazing! She has now moved though... but not far.... she is at Bella Vita Med Spa. So go see here there she is amazing.

The Best Sugar Waxing Ever!. I've been going to Cindee Grigson for sugar waxing for almost a year. I have very sensitive skin and I've found the sugar waxing is the best for me. I barely have any redness afterward and it is as pain free as can be. Cindee is very professional and friendly.

Cindee recently moved to Bella Vita Medi Spa & Salon. The people at Shala are NOT certified to do sugar waxing, only Cindee was.

Beautiful classy salon and spa. My boyfriend got me a package form their online website and being so creative he actually custom made them! :) I had the massage, facial, ped pack and omg it was the best gift ever!!! Being a Windermere girl I felt right at home, very classy and elegant! I love the art work and paintings!

To make this short I went in stressed out from finals and walked out a completely new person. I feel like I even look different! lol give them a try you will love it!!!!!

BEST COLOR SALON IN TOWN!!!!. I loved my whole experience at SHALA's salon. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I love, love my color and would never go anywhere else!

Great Experince. Not only is shala's Salon conveniently close to shops and fabulous restaurants, I walked in and got the best cut and styling ever!! I've been to salons all over Orlando but never been so satisfied and confident walking out of a salon. Everyone knows getting their hair cut is a little bit of a nail biting experience but their confidence and skills made me feel confident the entire time!! Not just one person stands out but they ALL do! I'll never go to another salon again!! :)

LOVED IT! LOVED IT!. My husband bought me the VIP package and from the minute I walked in they made me feel like I was part of the family. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful decor in the salon. It was georgous and extremely clean. I started out with a deep massage by Diana who has hands from God. Then I got a microdermabrasion facial from Celeste who put me to sleep and it was awesome. My skin still looks amazing and I am loving the products she recommended. I got a mani/pedi and again I fell asleep. It was the most relaxing hot stone pedicure ever!!! Ann was sooo great. Lastly I got a wash and blow dry by Hakim that was the best I have ever had in all my 42 years! The head and sclap massage was so amazing and when he was done I felt Like I was a runway model. My hair was so soft and the blowdry lasted for days. I cannot wait to go back. I really hope my husband gets me another gift certificate for Christmas.

Best hair extensions in Orlando. All I have to say is I have found my dream place. I have had do many bad experiences with glue hair extensions and my hair was so damaged but at Shala Salon they use a new method called bead extensions which doesn't damage my hair at all and best yet I can maintain them. I go in about once a month and Nima (owners son) pulls them up to the root for me and it feels like a brand new set. He is so detailed and patient that amazes me. I have had mine for the last two years. I give them five stars :)

A peace of heaven! What an experience! Ahhh :). I had a princess package and ohh mine! it was delightful. I wish I could do that everyday! :) The pedicure lady (Ann) was amazing she put me to sleep. Their pedicures are no joke one full hour of foot massage and pampering. Don't get me started on the massage! You gotta check it out for yourself. I'll be back again...

loved every minute!!. i recently moved to the area and tried this salon and i absolutely loved it! it's a very upscale salon and the staff really knows their color! i've been to so many other salons and never could get the cut and color i wanted until i tried this place. I would highly recommend this salon!
