The website makes this salon and spa look upscale. Believe me, IT IS NOT! The business is small and unkempt looking. There is only one massage therapist and you have to walk through the noisy salon with hair all over the floor to get to the "spa". Worst of all, I got THE WORST haircut ever in my life. When I complained I was told that's what I asked for and tough luck. It was NOT what I wanted. I even showed the guy (CARL) pictures of how I wanted the haircut to look, front and back, and he still managed to screw it up. One side in the front is longer than the other and the back is completely uneven and he took a huge chunk out of one side! Because he couldn't get it even it's way shorter than the pictures I showed. My options are now to wait until it grows out a little to fix it, or cut off even more hair. Miserable experience. Avoid at all costs.
Pros: Not One Pro. At All.
Cons: EVERYTHING.

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever had. WATCH OUT FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT!!! When I inquired about the extra charges I was told "too bad!" Extremely expensive, way overpriced. I will NEVER go back again, and I would never tell anyone else to go there.
Cons: Expensive, overpriced, sneaky, dishonest.
