I've found the best.. OK, so I finally had my first chance to dine at Olde Hickory Steakhouse last night. I've tried the other restaurants at Gaylord Palms hotel, but now it was time to try their most expensive restaurant. I've got to tell you... they've done it right. This restaurant is fun and has an incredible setting.. you feel like you are outdoors. But my steak was incredible as well. They have this cool cheese cart they bring to your table. My server said that they are the only restaurant in Florida that has such a large selection of cheeses. It was really thrilling to try something new, like their cheese course. I splurged and had chocolate fondue for dessert... wow. Oh, and I learned that they validate for valet parking, too. Nice touch.

Juicy tender steaks. Old Hickory Steakhouse has exceptional service, great food and a wonderful staff.
