This stuff is really gross!. I don't see what all the fuss is about. Cold Stone is just a generic and tasteless version of Marble Slab Creamery. I've been to Cold Stone and Marble Slab and let me tell you, the difference in taste is vast. Marble Slab has creamy ice cream made on site full of flavor with fresh made cones dipped in imported chocolate. On the other hand, Cold Stone had grainy ice cream (it's the powdered milk and hot water they use to make it that does it) and stale, tasteless chocolate dipped cones. I had two bites of Cold Stones ice cream and had to throw it out. My kids didn't even like it! Yea, we won't ever be heading back to a Cold Stone. If you want real quality and taste for your money, take my advice and go to a Marble Slab Creamery as soon as possible. My regular is the one on East Colonial Drive. Their service is great as is their product. Try it out! You won't be disappointed, unlike with Cold Stone.
Not the best store.
I went to cold stone creamery on 2312 Kirkman rd in Orlando on a Sunday night (03/09/2008) for a dessert.
While waiting in the line I saw rroach right on the surface where icecream was prepared. Told one of the employees who quickly removed it. While at the cash register saw another one by garbage can!!
Not a nice picture.
Thanks
Sam
Best ice cream. coldstone has the best ice cream it is so creamy and they have so many different kinds! they have so many mix-ins as well! the people there are so pleasant.
Sweet tooths line up for ice cream concoctions made on a granite slab..
In Short
Crowds of couples, teenagers and parents with toddlers press up against the long refrigerated display case at this dessert chain, where a variety of ice creams, frozen yogurts and sorbets are made in-store daily. Customers choose flavors like sweet cream, cake batter or banana, add mix-ins--ranging from candy bar chunks and Gummi bears to hot fudge and peanut butter--then servers mash it all together on a frozen slab of granite.
Cake batter icecream. The Birthday cake remix using cake batter icecream is the best. Coldstone, not only has the best ice cream, but the different recipes of mix-ins are fabulous. Plus if you tip, they will sing you a thank you song.
The Best. Hands down the best ice cream in orlando. The largest selection of toppings in town!!! Cones and waffle bowls are crisp and fresh!!! Ice cream is smooth and creamy!! Servings are huge!!!
Ummm Ummmm Good!. Very good ice cream! It is probably more highly spoken of because it is associated with the Winter Park Village, an upscale shopping and entertainment district right across the street. But if you visit the Winter Park Village and are in the mood for ice cream, you should walk across the street to get this!
Delicious, Yummy, Scrumptious!!!. We like the Cold Stone on Kirkman Rd. even better! Best ice cream ANYWHERE!
BETTER THAN THE REST. THIS PLACE BLOWS AWAY EVERYONE ELES, SOOO GOOD ICE CREAM...
