bake me a cake lousy customer service. I called asking if the could put together something that could be used for a birthday using their delicious pistachio macaroons they sell. I suggested something along the lines of a croquembouche. She was clueless. She could have suggested the same tower design they use for cupcakes, ( I saw on their website later), but she couldn't be bothered. After getting nothing but one word answers and a completely disinterested attitude, I gave up. HIRE SOMEONE WHO CARES TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE!! I haven't been blown away by this bad of customer service in a long time!!! Orlando, you are still a dog and pony town.

WORST customer service. I contacted this establishment 3 weeks ago to ask about custom cookies for my daughters' birthday party favors. I was told to come in week or two so before hand and select the design and order.

When I went in, two weeks prior to the party to order the 24 I needed, I was told...sorry we are booked up for the next month.

HORRIBLE customer service. I explained I called and no one told me I had to book cookies so far in advance, or else I would have, or come up with an alternative bakery. The man just shrugged. Clearly my $60 measly cookie order was of no importance to them or the fact that they provided wrong information to me.

I would not recommend this establishment based on this....if I had an important event, I would not be able to trust them.
