Horrible Service. Although the service is quick, they don't take the time to look over their work to make sure your car is clean. The machine that they put your car through does not clean anything. Your car will come out of the machine with the same spots it went in with in addition to a few scratches from the not so efficient brushes inside the machine. Then the people who dry the car are not looking the car over to make sure that all the dirt and spots are removed. I had to tell them that there were still spots on the car and sit there and watch them get the spots out because they will wipe the spot for a few seconds and then walk off like the spot is gone when the same spot that you could easily remove with soap and water is still there. When I spoke to the Manager Josh, he had all kinds of excuses for why the spots could not come out. I told Josh I was not happy and that I wanted a refund. It was closing time by then and Josh told me that they had closed down the cash drawer and I would have to come back the next day to get my refund. I asked Josh several times was he sure I could get my refund the next day because I really didn't trust leaving without my money and each time he said YES. But when I show up the next day Josh FLAT OUT LIED and told me he never told me he would give me a refund and that I had to talk to his boss. When I talked to Josh's boss, Mike, Mike tells me that they're not giving me my money back. And he basically said that Josh is inexperienced and you can't really rely on what he says. First off, whose fault is it that you hired someone with no experience??? You gave him a Manager position and he told me that he would give me a refund. Because he is a Manager you should honor what he said whether he was wrong or not is not my problem. So Mike did remove the spots that should have been removed the previous day. But I do not appreciate paying my money for people to lie to me!!!!!!!!!! I will never go to this car wash again and I would not recommend this car wash to anybody!!!!
