Unethical business pracice.. My wife and I are outraged by the billing practice of this imaging center. We have insurance with Cigna and a few months back I had an MRI done of the head with contrast. When we received the bill, our mouths dropped. WITH INSURANCE, the patient bill was 995.00!! So I called up and asked what the amount would be if I came in off the street without insurance for the same procedure. The price stated was 698, about 300 less. Does it make sense to pay more WITH insurance, which has substantial premiums, than to pay walking in off the street??? This all leads my wife and me to believe that the referring physician of Lake Mary Family Physicians, got a hefty kick back for the referral. If true, we believe this to be unethically taking advantage of an unwary public. My recommendation to all that have a referral from their doctor is to have a quote done immediately for a walk in price as well as with insurance.

Florida Radiology Imaging. I've mostly been to the Oviedo location but I've also been to Waterford and found both places to be professional, clean, well run, and the personal has been very friendly. The scheduling must be well run as well since I've never had an overly long wait at either location. Whenever I need a procedure done that they do, I call FRI.

never had a problem. I go to the Oviedo location & have never had a problem. The women who've done my mammograms, x-rays and sonograms have all been nice & professional, caring. Sorry to hear that other people have had problems with other locations; makes me glad I go to Oviedo!

No Customer Service. Called to schedule a "diagnostic" Mammogram. Employee was cold and uncaring, no appointment available for weeks, no longer doing them where last had it done, so having it done with another company, yet they are STILL holding up the process because they can't find the films.

Worst Experience Ever!!. I can tell you where not to go for your Xrays.. Florida Radiology Imaging Waterford!!

The People were Rude, the wait was long and while I was waiting with a few others.

One of there patients who was given a shot and told to wait threw up and nobody stopped to

check on them or offer assistance.. I ask to speak to the supervisor and I believe her name

was Sylvia it did'nt help..

I even felt sick after my tests and I had a MRI.. again the Technician was rude!! Would'nt give me her name..

I have no Idea why my Doctor sent me there but I won't go there again!!
