Broke my mirror!

I took my 3 month old Kia Borrego into Oviedo Car Wash to get cleaned. I wasn't so upset about the fact that the guy broke my mirror when trying to clean it, but of the attitude he and the manager displayed when they realized it was broken. They actually tried to say that my mirror was cracked when I arrived. I kept telling them that the car is 3 months old and the mirror was certainly not broken when I arrived. I read the signs about how they are not responsible if damage happens to your vehicle...but if the place damages your vehicle, then they should take responsiblity and pay for it. After a heated debate, the manager offered to pay the bill once I get the mirror fixed (my time and effort). Based on his demeanor, I'll believe it when I see it. I would definitely avoid this place and will be sure to share my experience with everyone I know in Oviedo!!

Great Service

Since the new owner took over in March, the service has improved and the staff friendly and accommodating. The owner is always there supervising and working along with his staff. Any complaints are quickly handled and taken care of. I would go back most definitely!

used the place 3 times each time it was a little worse. Window were smeared and streaked. The car was half vaccumed.

I feel bad for the previous person who had the antenna broken, but if they had taken the time to read the signs around, they'd have noticed the multitude of signage stating that the service place was not responsible for that. It is up to the customer to lower the external antennas and remove any valuables from their car. Come on, just use some common sense. Don't you lower your antenna when you go thru an automatic wash?
Every time I have taken my car into this place, I have had a wonderful experience. Be it from the $10 wash to the $149.99 full detail. They are thorough and takes pride in their work.
Again, please read everything before you do anything. Don't blame other people for your oversight.

BEST CAR WASH IN THE ORLANDO AREA

I had heard several good things about this particular car wash from a couple of friends and I decided that my car was looking a little sad. So yesterday I went in for a last-minute exterior/interior wash and detail, I wasn't aware that an appointment was needed, but the manager was very accomodating and happily squeezed me into the schedule. All of the employees were extremely friendly as well. They told me it would be ready in about 2 and half hours so my boyfriend and I went to see a movie at the nearby Oviedo Marketplace to pass the time. They called to let me know it was ready and when I got there I could see that the outside looked awesome. Then the detailer showed me the inside and I was blown away. My carpets and leather seats looked like new (my carpets were horrible before.) They removed stains/dirt that I gave up on because I couldn't do it myself. I am so thankful for the hard work of the detailer...I honestly don't know how they got it all done in that amount of time. I have a new sense of pride knowing that my car looks like it did 2 years ago when I bought it.
***NOTE: When I went to write this I noticed that there was a complaint and after reading it I felt really bad for the person and wondered if it was in fact the same place given that my experience was so different. I don't know if they got a new team in place since then but I will definitely be back after my experience and will tell everybody I know that they are AWESOME!!!!!

- Cons: They aren't near my house but totally worth the drive =]
