Now I LOVE going to the dentist!. Dr. Preble and his staff are FANTASTIC!! The very first time I called I was in alot of pain and they got me in immediately. The entire staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to look into things for me and accommodate my demanding (and sometimes changing) schedule! I've never waited long at all, although the waiting room is so much nicer than normal I wouldn't mind. They also take great care of their facility and equipment, which says a lot about a place!

To top it all off Dr. Preble is professional, skillful and gentle, while being fun at the same time. I was very nervous from other experiences, but Dr. Preble fixed the bad work I had done previously and has really changed the way I feel about going to the dentist - I look forward to my appointments at this office!!…

Overbilled my mom; and will not listen to your complaints. Although Dr. Prebble is a very knowledgeable and competent doctor, he has over-billed my elderly parent for services she did not need. For one instance, I had send an elderly parent to his office for a simply cleaning and found out later that he billed the insurance company for close to four hundred dollars. The second instance, his staff provided me with an appointment the following day. Early next morning I received a call from the office to reschedule my appointment two hours later. During that call, I was disconnected to the staff member. I called immediately back; and she informed that she gave may appointment to someone else. I tried to make a complaint to Dr. Preble both orally and written, but he and his staff has not even contacted me regarding this issue.…

Talented and personable dentist and staff. Dr. Preble is a fantastic dentist who's efficient, but he treats his patients personally. He gladly answers questions and gives you alternatives for care, based on what your budget can handle (if you aren't insured). (he also has a great member plan for $150, which gives you discounts on all procedures; if you go to the dentist every 6 months and have just one simple procedure done, such as a filling, it's more than paid for).

His work is impeccable and he tells you exactly what he's doing before and during the procedures. He has a loyal following for a reason...

His staff is friendly and personable, the wait is short (although a really nice, comfy waiting room is there if you need it), and the experience is as positive as a dental experience can be.…
