Absolutely horrible!!. This place is the worst!! I have been there 3 times, as it was the only place near my house, and the quality of massage is the worst ever! The staff is just rude, the rooms are less than clean, and you are treated as if they are doing you a favor by being there. Upon my last visit, a massage therapist started to give me medical advice about my type 1 diabetes! This offended me, so I went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager, who was unavailable. The only reason for this visit was a gift certificate that my wife had given me. The owner called me finally, atnd called the owner in reference to my request for a refund. The owner flat denied the refund and said that i was banned from the premises!!! I never got a massage!! I am in the middle of disputing the charge on my credit card, and will win. However, my advice to all of you is NEVER ENTER THIS RUDE, DIRTY ESTABLISHMENT!!

Customer service is very poor. Do not purchase anything at this place guys. Your gals will get much more for their money and be made to feel special at another salon with much better customer service. There are too many other salons out there who want your business. I will never go back.

Guys the ladies love it. I let my girl go spoil herself there and it was worth it. She looks hotter than ever and the prices weren't bad at all. Take your women there and they'll love it. Believe me mine did

Amicis is blah. Amicis is not worth what they charge. I had color there and in two weeks it was out. This was a suppose to be a permanent color. The stylist used a diiferent color on the rest and charged me for a permanent color and a semi permanent color. Shouldnt color be for the whole head? Not jacked up prices????

Rude receptionists too busy gossiping and talking about them selves to cash you out. If I am paying for a high end salon like Prive I expect the services to be as much.

Save your $$ and go else where

attention viewers!!. i have been going to amici for the past 4 yrs.. their has been better changes in the past couple of months since their is new management so far still no complaints. from my time going to amici i have been very happy with the services. the new spa director is very nice. i disagree with a couple of reviews as far as the two hairstylist that are mentioned.. they both are very good actually, very talented. I have had jennifer do my hair and i leave the place always 100% satisfied . thanks!!

Have to agree. I have to agree with the last post. I have been going to Amici's for the last two years. In the past, it was great but did have some issues, but just like anywhere else I guess. A few months ago, they went through some management changes and you can really see a huge improvement. My stylist seems to be happier then ever and her work reflects it. As far as price, I don't see how anyone can say they are expensive. The prices are very affordable and competitively priced. They are not Great Clips.........

The massage and facials that I get are out of this world! I am constantly stopped and complimented on my skin, as a guy, it is really flattering. So like the last person said, go there and experience Amici for yourself!

Mediocre. I recently visited Amici's on a gift certificate and although my service was fine, I was unimpressed with the salon as a whole. This salon is priced like a high end spa, but only the prices reflect that, not the service or the staff. Not sure if I would go back.

Prices are NOT affordable any longer. I love my the haircuts/styles and the foils are wonderful. The hairdresser I have used there for the past 5 years is wonderful. Too bad; I will miss her......

Talked to a receptionist who was pretty rude. I really don't want to leave,but the prices seem to be higher than before.

They have not had many customers lately because of the economy....place was empty except for three customers last few times I was there....well, with the prices they have now and the attitude of the people on the phone, they will have less clients.

GREAT MASSAGE BUT...... after my spa package I walked up to the cashier, where pretty much the whole staff waited for me, two things that pretty much my whole visit, they tried to sell their organic skin product and when I said I will think about it they all frowned and insisted a bit more, I felt they were too pushy, they bad mouthed the brand clinique and then asked me for the gratuity, which should never had happened, I said "I have it right here and you should not have asked me for it" the manicure and pedicure were sloppy but looked OKAY after it, massage and facil were awesome !
