Sometimes when a busines is rated "number one" it is difficult to live up to customer expectations. This is not the case with the Severo salon. The entire staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating. Sonja made an indeliable impression. I had a lengthy TR service performed by Sonja. Her knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and her pursuit of perfection in her craft, made the experience a pleasure. They have earned my repeat business and I will with pleasure recommend this salon to my friends and associates. I love it when a business exceeds my expectations.

First of all let me say I am a VERY busy mom. My daughter attends the cooking school next door to the salon and the staff at the salon were more than accomodating so that I could get my hair cut and styled before having to pick up my child. The price was LESS than I expected. The stylist, Jessica, washed my hair and even spent the extra time to give me a scalp massage. I was extremely comforatble the whole time. I am sure that had I not been, if I told someone, they would have went above and beyond to make me happy. There weren't a lot of stylists working the day I was there either (Friday) but I found this refreshing. It was peaceful not to have a ton of people all getting cuts at the same time. This isn't SUPERCUTS! I had a very relaxed experieince and for a busy homeschooling mom that is rare! I will certainly make this my salon and will return again and again. (when I can find the time) The staff was very down to earth. Not the snooty..."oh, we are the best" attitude at all. It was like stepping into a traquil oasis! Plus, the coffee was fresh! :-)
