Like a 2nd Family. I've been going to Mid Florida for some time. The help I get there is just simply incredible. I always feel welcomed and overcome with safety as soon as I walk in. The front desk staff greets me as if I was their own Grandma. I do not get to get out as much as I use to, but I absolutely enjoy my experiences I have had their. Thank you again Jil, Brady, Daren. I hope I don't have to spend much more time there, but I might stop in to just say hello!
Great service. My doctor sent me to Mid Florida Imaging for a MRI. Not only did the imaging place call me the day before to remind me of my appoint ment they even told me in advance my copay. When I got there the next morning, the copay was a large amount, so I asked if I could be billed. The guy at the front called for a mananger. To find out it was the Director of the company. I don't know too many directors that work one on one with clients. Not only did she take care of me, she even walked me back and got me settled on the MRI table. She did everything! She made me feel so at ease, and to me that is important since their machine is closed and I get a little anxious. The MRI tech was very nice and funny. He made it seem like the exam went by faster than I am sure it did. After my exam, the Director Arlee, even saw me out. I told my doctor about my experience. I had to write something, since you never see good customer service at medical places anymore. Thank you to Arlee and Derren and the rest of the staff at Mid Florida Imaging!
Good technicans - lousy billing dept. The technicians performing the MRI of the brain were very good, explained everything in detail, and kept checking to ensure I was okay. My big complaint on this office is the billing dept - they did not tell me what my portion of the test would be until I had completed the procedure. This was inexcusable in my mind to surprise someone with a $725 bill AFTER the test was completed. They didn't even apologize for their gap in communication. They did offer to set up a payment plan, but that was not the point. So healthcare aspects - very positive - billing dept - very negative.

I had to get a CT scan done stat - my doctor's office set up the appointment with Mid Florida as they were able to take me in right away. I was in an extreme amount of pain and everyone from the staff, technicians and doctors were very caring, extremely courteous and genuinely concerned. I've gone through several x-rays, ultrasounds and various other tests over the years and have never experienced a more upbeat and welcoming staff at a facility such as this. I had a mild allergic reaction to the fluid used for the scan and they were attentive and quick to act and made sure that I was fine before letting me leave.
Hopefully I won't need to go through any of these tests again but if I do I will be making my appointment with them!
