Good technicans - lousy billing dept

The technicians performing the MRI of the brain were very good, explained everything in detail, and kept checking to ensure I was okay. My big complaint on this office is the billing dept - they did not tell me what my portion of the test would be until I had completed the procedure. This was inexcusable in my mind to surprise someone with a $725 bill AFTER the test was completed. They didn't even apologize for their gap in communication. They did offer to set up a payment plan, but that was not the point. So healthcare aspects - very positive - billing dept - very negative.

Awsome, Caring Staff

I had to get a CT scan done stat - my doctor's office set up the appointment with Mid Florida as they were able to take me in right away. I was in an extreme amount of pain and everyone from the staff, technicians and doctors were very caring, extremely courteous and genuinely concerned. I've gone through several x-rays, ultrasounds and various other tests over the years and have never experienced a more upbeat and welcoming staff at a facility such as this. I had a mild allergic reaction to the fluid used for the scan and they were attentive and quick to act and made sure that I was fine before letting me leave.

Hopefully I won't need to go through any of these tests again but if I do I will be making my appointment with them!
