Service OK, food not so great. Chevy's at Crossroads much better!

I would highly recommend going to the Chevy's at Crossroads if your looking for a good time out with great food and service. The one here in Ocoee lacks experience in service and food preperation. My family of 4 went there this past Friday night and there was no wait, and not many people in the restaurant. (kinda strange for a friday night) It took our food almost 35 minutes from the time we ordered it until it arrived. By that time the kids, 1 and 3, were quite cranky and wouldn't sit still. When it arrived, my wife's fajita's were burnt, and the vegetables that were on the plate were crispy and sticking to the skillet. My son's quesadilla's were cold as well as the 5 french fries that came with it. We have been to this restaurant in Ocoee about 4 times in the past 5 years and always have a similar experience. When we go to the one at Crossroads, we are always pleased.
