Good food, great place. My girlfriend and I stopped here one night to eat and it was absolutely packed so I'd have to say that was the only thing I didn't enjoy but the food was amazing. I had a trio plate of steak, seafood and chicken and it was off the chain! I'd definitely come back and it has nothing to do with a family member being a cook there. I promise.

One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.

WOW! GET THE RIBS!. WOW! That's all I can say about the full rack of bbq ribs I ordered here! And I usually don't like ribs! Mostly because I don't like BBQ sauce, but this place had the right type of sauce and spices, and the meat literally fell off the bone as I lifted it up! I got that with a baked sweet potato (with butter and cinnamon - yum!). Also, the bread is so delicious -- it comes out warm and soft on the inside and a perfect crunch on the crust. Slather on the butter and everything just melts in your mouth. (And I wonder why I'm getting fat!) =P
