Terrible!. We had lunch at the Kissimmee location. It was a bad sign that only one other table besides ours had guests, in a huge restaurant. I had the 3 filets of beef tenderloin in mushroom sauce. The meat was passable, but there were about 3 small pieces of mushroom and the "sauce"/gravy was congealed and jelly-like. I scraped it off. The big problem was that I was sick all night. This was my only meal yesterday, so it must have been food poisoning from contaminated food. I do not recommend this restaurant. Notice that you can't even contact them online.

Great food, great service. I had the pleasure of having dinner in the I-Drive Orlando location called "Jerrod's Black Angus Steakhouse".

Immediately I was welcomed into a feel-good, local neighborhood type atmosphere, smiles all around. Surprising for this touristy area.

The bartender was a treat to converse with and answered all my questions cheerfully. I enjoyed the Watermelon Smacker Tini more than my usual mandarin vodka cosmo! Plus it was not overpriced. Another great surprise!

Try the flaming beer battered onion rings....literally on fire via 151 rum! (Which drives up the price but worth the fun.) Crispy and great. I devoured the creamy lobster bisque. I was excited my potato/cheddar crusted cod was so tender, moist and flaky. Delicious AND a great value as it came with soup or salad plus starch or vegetable. Can't wait to return for steak as I'm told it's aged in-house and hand cut daily.

Know, however, the other two Orlando area Black Angus Steakhouse locations do not have the same menu since they are not "Jerrod's Black Angus". Don't let other reviewers confuse them. (Also, not the same as Stewart Anderson's Black Angus on the west coast.)

Check out jerrodsblackangus dot com.

I was comfortable dining alone at the bar. The bartender, manager on duty and server attending bar tables behind me were all genuinely friendly, a rare find.

A great dining experience! I'll definitely be back...maybe even to try breakfast or lunch!

TERRIBLE FOOD AND EVEN WORSE MANAGEMENT!!!! A WASTE OF MONEY. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THESE OTHER REVIEW WRITERS ARE TALKING ABOUT! I'M NOT A PICKY EATER AND ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING WAS DISGUSTING. THIS PLACE WAS DRAB, TIRED, AND JUST PATHETIC. THE SALAD BAR BELONGS IN A HOMELESS SHELTER. THEY OFFERED CHICKEN SOUP AND CHILI, WE ORDERED CHILI AND GUESS WHAT THEY WERE OUT OF IT. WHEN WE RECEIVED OUR CONSOLATION CHICKEN SOUP.......IT TASTED AND SMELLED LIKE CHILI! YUK. WE THOUGHT THEY MUST AT LEAST HAVE GOOD STEAKS......WRONG! EACH OF THE 4 STEAKS IN OUR PARTY WERE EITHER BURNT TO A CRISP OR DRIPPING RARE. WHEN THE MANAGER CAME OUT SHE SEEMED TO NOT CARE.

SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE......YOU'LL BE SORRY IF YOU GO

best steaks in town!!!. I hadnt heard of this restaurant before but a friend reccomended we go since they had a great time there. Upon arriving I was immediately impressed with the friendliness and level of service. Our server was very professional and caered to our every need. I ordered the 16oz. new york strip. The temperature was perfect and the taste and texture was incredible. I have since battled the traffic on I-drive 4 times to go back and it has been more than worth it every time. I very very highly recommend this restaurant.
