Nice stuff, but overpriced and rude employees

I needed a new base for my hookah, they were just rude from the get-go and kept trying to make me purchase a $150 hookah from them rather than help me find a new base

• Pros: Lots of cool stuff
• Cons: Rude counter service, not very knowledgable

Vaporizer Problem Fixed Immediately

I stopped by the G-Spot and was a little skeptical about vaporizers and their knowledge was very helpful. I had told them about the review online and I was informed that was a situtation where the customer was not willing to work out the problem. So, I gave them a chance to sell me a vaporizer. I went for an inexpesive one that I had read worked well enough. Anyways I brought it home and tried it out. There seemed to be an issue with the digital read out display, so I called my guys up at the G-Spot. I was told to bring it in and they would take a look at it. Well in the end they just switched it out and explained to me that it could be sent back to the company no problems. For me though I ended up with a new one that had no problems what so ever. I have know idea who the other guy had talked to, but my experience was awesome. Thanks again G-Spot!

Good Selection - Horrible Customer Service

The store looks really cool and they are really friendly when they are trying to sell you something, but if you have a problem with ANYTHING you buy from them you are out of luck.

I had a problem with a defective item right out of the box and not only did the guy refuse to swap it with a non-defective item, the guy was actually a complete jagoff. So if you don't mind throwing away hundreds of dollars on something with no warranty then feel free to shop here.

Not recommended.

• Pros: Lots of cool, adult stuff.
• Cons: Zero Customer Service, Expensive, if you buy something that's broken you're out of luck
