Excellent customer service, day in and day out. Don't listen to the whiners here. This is a nice store in a ritzy location that is frequented by a disproportionate number of yuppie snobs who expect the merchants to wipe their @sses. Many times I've seen customers come in after the Fed Ex deadline and have screaming tantrums when they find out it's too late to send a FedEx.

As for your mail not being forwarded, blame the post service. Get a clue!

No Customer Service - Forget Mail Forwarding. Mr Gray will be happy to take your money for a mail box. Just don't expect any service. I got tired of calling him every week to ask if my mail had been forwarded. It never happened unless he was prodded with a phone call. That's real service.

When I was in town, all kinds of other mail was put in my box. Rarely was it mine. I'm sure a lot of my mail was put in other boxes. Important things like car registration renewal was lost.

Don't let this guy handle your mail.
