The above review that says the AC doesnt work is incorrect, it works fine in this club. The people running the show have never been rude to me and always greet with a smile. One good thing is that the air conditioning doesnt have to work as hard to cool it down in there because there is always less people working out than you would expect. I have NEVER had to wait for a machine or treadmill and the clientele of this club seems to be very good. Cleanest health club ive been to and I have been a member of every club in the area. There is no lack of equipment either, its much larger inside than it appears from the outside. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed
Pros: Clean, fully equipped, never crowded
Cons: Costs a little more than ballys but well worth the extra $$

Joined Cardio Club Fitness Center Last December and so pleased I did! It's not like a gym more like a mini Athletic Club. Lot's of equipment ; Perfect classes; and yes like everyone else says it is super clean.
Pros: Clean, Lot's of equipment, Great Classes, Best Value .
Cons: NONE
