Honest Place. I've been having problems with my Jeep for a long time now, took it to 3 different places, nobody can fix it. Found this place by looking here. The shop is hidden and doesnt look the greatest, but dont judge a book by its cover.

Unfortunately, Fred could not fix what was wrong with it either, he was very nice, spent a few hours working on it but couldnt fix it - so he didnt charge me anything! (I gave him a tip since he did spend time on it and tried)

He felt so bad, he recommended another place that I should go to, so I am headed over there.

Although, they didnt fix the problem, they were honest and didnt try to rip me off.

Excellent service, off the bat knowledge and fair pricing!‎. I drove to Orlando, Fl from Orange County, CA in my Honda Accord in mid August of 2010 where humidity can be as high as 50%+. As you can imagine, someone who is not use to a high amount of humidity needs their A/C on 100% of the time. When I arrived in Orlando my evaporator was leaking water everywhere inside the cabin and soaking the passenger side carpet. I didn't know any mechanics in the area or even where to start looking. I looked in the yellow pages and found Alexander's Automotive. I spoke to an older gentlemen (I forgot the mechanics name) over the phone as to why my car may be leaking water inside. Right off the bat he had an idea as to why the car wasn't releasing the water condensation outside the vehicle. I am mechanically inclined and knew his observation may be right. After calling a few places, I decided to give the shop a try. At first I was skeptical since the staff didn't seem very friendly. But after speaking to the older gentlemen I spoke to over the phone, the price for labor & the part was very reasonable! He already knew where to look in my car for the leak, He inspected the area where he thought the problem was and told me what was happening like he did over the phone. I decided to come back the next day when the part came in and get the work done. All I could say is these guys knew their stuff! Car ran ice cold and the problem was fixed! They even put my carpet back together! The job was completed just under 2 hours! I was very satisfied with their work and happy that this didn't end up taking me longer then I originally expected. The best part was they didn't try to up sell me other services or parts. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Don't judge the staff or shop by appearance, but by their quality of work from existing customer reviews!
