Terrible agency....stay away!. I have never dealt with a worse agency!

They advertise low cruise rates, but once you get your invoice its hundread of dollars more then what was advertised!!

Once your booked you can never get an agent to answer to the phone or return a call or e-mails.

And the kicker is once you've had enough and want to cancel and get your money back they keep over $100 in fees for doing nothing but causing you headache!!

If you decide to do business with this agency make sure you buy the family size bottle of Tylenol or Advil at Costco.....your gonna need it!
