HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I called for an appointment. for color in the early afternoon. They set me up for a 6pm, but she told me that a stylist would be calling me prior to that to discuss the color. By 5:20pm I had received to call. I called the number that I had called before and the woman who answered first told me that I had the wrong number, then told me that they transferred the calls to her cell, and that she'd call there to make sure there was someone there and then she would call me back. After 15 minutes (with no call back from her - AGAIN), I left to drive there and called the number 3 times on my way getting voice mail each time. Sure enough when I got there the doors were locked and lights off! I proceeded to call the number (since it is apparently going to her cell) 2 more times. I left a message letting her know that i was going home to do exactly what you are reading. I DO NOT recommend such an unprofessional establishment!!
