First and Last time. When I got to the salon I checked in, the girl, who never introduced herself, told me to follow her. She asked what I wanted done and then washed and cut my hair with barely a word. When done she gave me her card, Tara is her name. Then checked me out. The stations looked very used and dirty. I will never go to or recommend this Regis salon. I gave it a one star rating because it will not let you publish without.

SMART STYLE IN WALMART OWNED BY REGIS. went to Mt. Dora smart style(owned by regis) and got a special 14 foils for $44. The manager MONA did a hack job and as soon as she was done told me to come back and she would fix it. I called and she said she did not want to deal with it and would refund my $. Well that was a mistake i should of insisted she fix it, or someone else. I really thought it was still going to be fixed. Now regis wants 'before' and after pics. Now i know to take before pics. MONA said she had done hair for 11 yrs and was the manager at this salon for 3. terrible customer service!!!!

REGIS IS GREAT. I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY HAIR DONE AT REGIS FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS. I LOVE THE GIRL THAT DOES MY HAIR (AMANDA)

SHE IS THE ONLY HAIRDRESSER I HAVE BEEN TO THAT I DON'T COME OUT AND RE-STYLE IT. SHE IS A VERY NICE, AND LISTENS WHEN I TALK TO HER. I LOVE THIS SHOP, AND I DON'T PLAN ON GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. THANKS LINDA
