do yourself a favor- dont rent here!. this place is trash. too expensive for what you get. window unit a/c's are ineffective (when working!). wood subfloor carries ALL sound, and i can hear my neighbors whisper. rotted fences on patio, lots of big dogs with owners not cleaning up after them. management is also weak, and maintenance is way overburdened. friendly neighbors, attic storage, no upstairs neighbors are the only reason they even get a 1 star rating. again, DONT RENT HERE!!!
