Owner received this email today- had to share...... Yesterday I ordered the arrangement, Pastel Puzzle, for delivery to an acquaintance who had been very kind to us. She works in Human Resources at Universal Orlando.



First let me say that your customer service was both friendly and helpful and I appreciate the tip about ordering Pastel Puzzle. Also, your web site is awesome, both user friendly and beautiful. Anyway, the person who received the flowers wrote the following to my husband’s sister:



I will begin by saying I had a HORRIFIC beginning of the day – and mid afternoon, your sweet brother and sister-in-law turned it around!!!

I walked back into my office to find the most beautiful arrangement of flowers on my desk! They were lovely to look at and amazing to smell.



Thank you for your service, which blessed my morning and for your time and talents that turned around a bad day for our friend. Your work makes a positive difference in people’s lives.

Great Service. I received an arrangement from this shop a few months ago, and I have used them ever since. My flowers seemed to last forever! I know next to nothing about flowers, but the owner and staff walk me through the occasion and never fail to "Wow" whoever I send them to. I can't say enough about the service and creativity of the staff.

Amazing modern designs and quality. We recently held a party and asked Windermere Flowers & Gufts for several table decorations with a tropical theme, they did a fantastic job, with a huge center piece for the buffet table, several small arrangements for occassional tables and the most admired piece was a huge margarita glass with tropicals, sugar canes, green foam and a salted edge finish, everybody thought it was wonderful and asked for the florist's card. Windermere Flowers & Gifts have brought a breath of fresh air to the area for modern, sleek designs, keep up the excellent work
