HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM GENTLEMEN. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called this groomer on a recommendation from my vet. I had just adopted a handsome pom and they said to take him there for a great service. The gentlemen who worked there tried to convince me to make my dog look like a teddy bear. If I wanted a bear or a lion I would of bought a stuffed animal. I took him there on the day of his appointment. He was there for THREE HOURS. When I picked him up I asked what they did to him, I said just a trim, his ears, paws, and all around. His ears were not done. I said that is what I paid for and they took him back in and did a quick chop job on him. He looked like a three year old took scissors to him. I called when I got home because I didn't have their number and couldn't see everything until I got home. I spoke to the gentlemen and he said to bring him back, I live about a half hour away and said that was not going to happen today. I said that the next time I was in Leesburg I would come and get my refund and he said that was fine. When I called today to inform them that I would be coming tomorrow to get my refund the gentlemen called me back informing me "not to bother" coming in for my refund because I had not brought the dog back in the next day so he could see what HE had done to my dog. He was extremely rude stating that everything I said was incorrect and that he had washed my dog himself and did all the work (he was not bathed, it smelled like they sprayed his tail and that was all.)

Over all the experience was horrible! Another lady that was there when I picked up my dog said that she wouldn't be returning either! It seems the only thing this place might be good at is shaving, but if your dog needs to be trimmed with scissors or you actually want your dog bathed, go somewhere else.

Great Groomer. Used this Groomer for the first time and they did an excellent job on my Yorkie. Were kind and helpful and the grooming was the best I have had ever.

I have no complaints. I was looking up their # and saw that someone had posted a 1 star review; I completely disagree with this being accurate.

I have been taking my bishon to them for over a year and have had nothing but great service.

They keep records for each pet and treat them well.

My only complaint was they dont carry heavy duty flea/ tick medicine so I have to make an extra trip to the vet but not that big a deal.

Bad. Brought my Pomeranian in for a trim. The butchered her hair. It was totally uneven. They layered it. Who does that to a Pomeranian. When I called to ask for a refund they hung up on me! I believe Stevie Wonder could of done a better job. If you care about your pet don't walk away from this place RUN!!!
