Why you should not use this store as others say one big scam . Used this store march 2013 went in to price up a canon 50d body said they had one gave us a price , we said we would check with our son and get back , when we did come back within two days ,they said they had sold it but they could get one in but have to order it , but we would have too pay up front ( was very wary) but they assured us , so I payed with credit card too be safe ,when we collect it they unpacked it put on a lens to show it worked but there are a lot of buttons on back to know what they do ,but it seemed to be okay, they said we wouldn't need packaging as we were flying home to uk next day so they then tried to sell camera bag we didn't want ,then do want a good lens we give good discount we said no,then they just started to get very pushy , and left . after getting home found all those buttons don,t work and when we left we had receipt but didn't get a warranty , tried to phone but they don,t answer , now the credit card company don,t want to know as we don,t have the box or warranty and its cost us another £100 to have it repaired. I f I had seen this site before then I wouldn't have gone there just to trusting

Recientemente estuve con mi familia en Orlando, y lamentablemente no había leído estos comentarios, entramos a este negocio y fuimos estafados con varios artículos que adquirimos, todos con sobreprecio, oferta engañosa y características que no cumplen, nunca indicaron que "No aceptan Devoluciones". Adicional mente luego que uno compra al día siguiente ya no te tratan igual, son déspotas y groseros.. CAIMOS POR INGENUOS - NO RECOMIENDO ESTA TIENDA SON UNOS ESTAFADORES - DEBERIAN RECIBIR CASTIGO POR LA LEY DE CONSUMIDORES

AVOID - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I was on holiday in Orlando from the UK and needed a new memory card for my camera as I'd filled up the one I had with me. I looked for the nearest camera store and this is the one that turned up. They charged me $90 for a card that I subsequently found I could have got for under $30. Later in my trip I needed a battery charger for the camera but obviously went elsewhere (Ritz Camera) where prices were sensible - lesson learned is do your research before setting out to buy!!

BEWARE....BEWARE....DO NOT SHOP HERE. Sold me two Filters for a D7000 Nikon....cost $107.00 tax included. After leaving store discovered the actual retail was less then $40.00 for both combined. When back to the place....denied I had bought from them(day before) showed them receipt but said another salesman sold it to me and he was not in....owner was present in store and when I approached him he told me that he was only the cleaner.....total scam artists. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE....OR KNOW YOUR PRICES ELSEWHERE BEFORE YOU GO INTO STORE.......CONS FOR SURE.

SCAMMERS DONT GO HERE. We took my camera in to get fixed. They informed us it was a broken lens and would cost 180 dollars to fix it. We came bck to pick up the camera and they attempted to sell us another one saying they are trying to help us with recycling the old one and giving us a deal. They showed us a regular camera powershot a480. we are not familiar with cameras and needed one for vacation. the price mark was $399.00 and they said they would help and give it to us for $185.00. We already paid a labor fee of $25.00 to have the camera checked and so my father bargained for $175.00 for the camera. They agreed. when we got home I checked the price on Canon website and the cost of the camera is only $109.00. We were totally scammed and they took our money. Do not go here unless you are prepared with the prices because they will cheat you.‎

scam. i bought a nikon d70s from this shop to find out when i got it home the sub menus did not work they sold me a broken camera con men i would never buy from them again

THE PERFECT SCAM. I went into the store to look at the laptops which were advertised at $249.00 and was first shown a laptop which started off by being $1300.00, we eventually got the price down to $850 out the door and we thought we had a really good deal (even though we were not intending to pay that much) until we found the same one at several other places from $589.00. We told them what we wanted the laptop for and when we got it home it would not work for us. But that was the start of our problems. Of course they would not give us a refund on it. When we got it home we found that the battery was no good so I called Dell to ask them to replace it. They wouldn't do so because they said the laptop was registered to someone else, they wouldn't disclose who (that makes it used) , therefore I couldn't register it so I did not have a warranty on it. Living 400 miles away (800 mile round trip) makes it too expensive to be taking them to court . They also talked us into purchasing a wide angle lense priced at $2,300.00, which we paid $200.00 only to find out later that you can buy similar ones for $150.00. The only time I would go back to that store would be to stand outside and tell people not to go in and buy anything from them. They were extremely rude (not when I was handing them my money of course) but when we tried to return it. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Beware of these scammers!. BE CAREFUL! This store is what gives local businesses a bad name! I was looking for a camera bag and the store had a nice one available. It was "ON SALE" from 399.99 for $149.99. It seemed really expensive. The store manager then offered it at an additional discounted price of $99.99. I still thought it was rather expensive. Then he offered an additional 20% discount so I was sold, thinking it was a steal. Little did I know I was being scammed. When I got home I found it on the website of the company that makes it for $84.99. Boy do I feel bad. I tried to go back but they wouldn't give me a refund. I looked up the store online and found MANY complaints about this specific store, and even a few complaints filed a government agency I can't write about. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!
