Good quick service, helpful, cheap. r you sure u went to billy boy's CcHhRiSs? I bought some disney tickets with waterpark options for myself and my 2 nephews from them. I ordered them online and initially the tickets do look cheaper but they add tax at the end. But that wasn't surprising because it says "prices do not include tax" right underneath. Besides everywhere else I looked they did the SAME THING and Billy's was STILL cheaper. Anyways I did save money and I got extra days free too.

Also, I asked how they get their cheaper tickets and they told me they purchase in bulk directly from disney, which makes sense. When we went to the parks I had ZERO problems. Even b4 we left the store a nice guy named Jerry made copies of tickets in case we lost them. That was great service.

I just don't get how u had such a bad time there when they treated me so well.

Do not buy from them. Do not buy discount tickets from them. Two tickets out of nine were already used, and we could not use them (that ruined our vacation). It looks cheap online, but the extra fees will be added when you press the purchase key, and it will be too late to cancel. We did not save any money, but paid extra time and gas to get to their store to pick up the tickets, and then the worst comes next. We had to fight (emails with some impolite messages and with no apology from the store manager) to get the money back.
