Horrible Install, Nightmare Aftermath. This guy is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met, not only will he destroy your house, you will have to pay double all over again to get it Done Right, his character is less than appealing, run a quick query on law enforcement sites before letting him into your home!! You will be surprised at what you read. No Wonder he isnt/cant get Bonded! Its obvious he knows nothing about NTCA , or CTI installation methods and little about Tile in general....Guess What, hes also listed on prefered installers list at Tile Stores in Orlando!! Becareful who you hire and do your Homework!

Run away! ->This guy is a fake, and a scam.. I saw this guy's truck on the highway and gave him a call to do some work for our company. First of all, he is extremely unprofessional, which should have being a hint, but it was cheap.

Once he started working on our building, every one around him noticed he had no idea what he is doing.

***Seems he doesn't have the education (which it shows) to find a decent job, and probably woke up one morning thinking, maybe I can install tiles... I saw someone doing it once... ****

This guy is far from having an idea how to do his job. Give him a call if you really feel like wasting your money, and or have no cares "What so ever" how trashy your remodeling or new work will look.

We ended up spending twice the amount we budget, because the new guy had to remove all the tiles Preston had installed.

I WOULN'T RECOMMEND HIM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

Ha! 3o years experience? Doing what? Drinking maybe...

Bad Tile Install. Tile job is subpar to say the least, there are severe lippage issues throughout the entire job, tile edging has flaked cuts, and the grout lines vary in size. Wall casing, has varying size gaps, tile setter never filled remaining gaps with caulk. I have hollow sounds under certain tiles! Please just find a new installer, this guy might have a great story for you and flash his card that states 30 years experience, it should say 30 years of experience of being a hack. There are much better installers.
