With its kid-friendly vibe, booth seating and late-night hours (most stores are open 24 hours), Denny's draws night owls, seniors and families with kids. The menu sticks to classic American staples: wings, chicken strips, burgers, salads and the like. But breakfast is king, with specialties ranging from skillets, egg scrambles, French toast platters and several variations on the famous Grand Slam: two buttermilk pancakes, two eggs, two bacon strips and two sausage links.

Indifferent staff. Denny's is a diner that offers casual dining at a fair price.

Unfortunately, their menu does not offer much of a vegan/vegetarian/low cholesterol etc selection - but I don't think many diners offer these choices. The service was only fair on the 4 occasions that I've visited, & that was unexpected as the diner was not particularly busy. However, even I was bored listening to the staff's stories about their weekends !! I do hope they get out more & experience some adventures !!
