Tips for Cvs Pharmacy

Staff's unprofessional attitude cost me big loss. CVS in Orlando generally do not have well trained staffers. However this CVS is particularly bad and cost me big loss. I walked in this morning and wanted to ask about flu shots. I stood there for over 10 minutes while the pharmacist chatted whith her friend, then when a red haired woman came in still no service, by the time I got to the front counter, I was fuming. Then facing a clerk who kept asking me about my cvs card, I must have walked out without my very expensive phone. When I retraced my steps and came back to ask for my phone, the same clerk told me a young man said he lost his black phone (which is my color), when i asked her whether she verified that he owned this phone by asking what his phone number is, she gave me the story that the phone rang as she was showing him this phone and he said that was his friend, I can't believe she took his story and gave him the phone, the manager of the store covered for her and said he took care of this kid, they were both making up the stories as they went along because I never saw the manager while I was in this store both times until I insisted he see me.

This was a costly mistake I would never make again! Working with badly trained staff who then made up stories to cover their mistakes can cost the kind of loss I suffered today. Don't take that risk! Don't go to a CVS in Orlando FL

For more than 40 years, this drugstore chain has served communities nationwide with a variety of home, health and beauty products.. In Short
First opened in 1963 in Lowell, Mass., under the name Consumer Value Stores, this drugstore chain is among the largest in the country. Stores carry a variety of products, from baby supplies, home health equipment and vitamins to toys and greeting cards. Most locations offer Healthy Skin Care Centers, located near the pharmacy, which emphasize beauty as a health issue, and employ a skin care technician to educate customers about European and dermatologist-backed brands like Vichy.
