One star. Ordering chicken story. Here
is why.
My family went there to order 4 whole chickens and to be cut up correctly. Obviously a big dinner plan at home with friends and family.
We come back home and each packet is missing some part of the chicken. One packet is missing 2 legs. One packet is missing a breast piece. One packet is missing thigh pieces. 2 packets was missing wings...all four.
What part of "whole chicken" is not clear?
We went back and to store the next day to address the issue. In return we hear in response the "weight was charged accordingly"...correct but why are there no missing bones? Why do we have 6 neck pieces? The bones filled half the package. Whole chicken means give me the whole chicken!
They were unwilling to correct their mistake and they gave the excuse then people don't like "the big chickens" and don't like large weight so the take out pieces. They obviously sell those as separate packs to mark up the value and sell "legs only" or "thighs only".
I still can't believe they asked us to bring the meat packets back. As if we didn't already have to cook and work with what we have.
Whole chicken means whole chicken.
Friends - just check your meat ;)
